Re-activate member accounts
An agency Administrator can reactivate a member's access to Qantas Gateway at any time. To reactivate a member's access, navigate to the ‘All members’ tab select the inactive member.
Step 1
Click ‘Reactivate account’ then confirm this action by clicking ‘Reactivate’
Step 2
The Administrator will receive a pop-up confirming the member has been enabled.
Step 3
The member will receive an email from noreply_gateway@qantas.com.au confirming their access has been reactivated.
Step 4
On the ‘All members’ table this members status will now show as “Active’
