Remove access
Step 1
To remove a member's access, navigate to the ‘All members’ tab.
Step 2
Select the member whose details need removing and click ‘Remove’. If you have a lot of members in your agency, use the search box to find them quickly.
Step 3
The Administrator will be prompted to confirm that they want to remove the member's access.
Step 4
The member will receive an email from noreply_gateway@qantas.com.au confirming their access has been removed.
