Change access

Step 1

To change a member's access, navigate to the ‘All members’ tab.

Step 2

Select the member whose details need changing and click ‘Edit role’

If you have a lot of members in your agency, use the search box to find them quickly.

Step 3

Select the new role for this member from the dropdown, Consultant, Manager or Administrator.

Click ‘Save’ & ‘Change’

Step 4

The Administrator will receive a pop-up confirming the role has been updated.

Step 5

The member will also receive an email from noreply_gateway@qantas.com.au confirming the change
