Account disable/re-enable
An agency Administrator can deactivate a member's access to Qantas Gateway. This can be temporary or permanent.
The Administrator can reactivate the account at any time, and no member data will be deleted.
Step 1
To deactivate a member's access, navigate to the ‘All members’ tab select the appropriate member.
Step 2
Click ‘Deactivate account’ then confirm this action by clicking ‘Deactivate’
Step 3
The Administrator will receive a pop-up confirming the member has been deactivated.
Step 4
On the ‘All members’ table this members status will now show as “Inactive’
