Change password

Step 1

To change your password, click your name in the top right-hand navigation bar & following the link to ‘My Profile

Step 2

On the My Profile page under the Password section select the 'Change" button this will send an email to your registed email address.

Step 3

Click the Choose New Password link in the email to begin the process.

Step 4

When resetting your password it must have: 12 or more characters, a mix of capital & lower-case letters, at least one number, and a symbol such as !@?$. Green ticks will appear next to each requirement you successfully enter.

Step 5

Click 'Rest Password' and return to the Log In screen
