Change 2FA preference

Step 1

You can change your Multi factor authentication setting between email or mobile SMS at any time by going to your ‘My Profile’ page. Make sure you have a mobile number added in your personal details.

Step 2

Your ‘Current verification method’ is indicated by a green box, to change this click ‘Set as verification method’

Step 3

You will be prompted to confirm this update by selecting the 'Change' button & by entering the one-time code sent to the new verification method. Another way to change you MFA setting is during the log in verification process. You’ll be asked to enter the one-time code sent to your selected MFA verification method.

Step 4

At the bottom of the screen, you can request to verify by an alternative method. i.e. ‘Verify by mobile number’ or ‘Verify by email’. Select this option to change your preference.

Step 5

You will be prompted to confirm this update by entering the one-time code sent to the new verification method.
