Activate new account

Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email from noreply.gateway@qantas.com.au to confirm your registration and to activate your account.

Step 1

Click the ‘Activate account’ link in the confirmation email to finalise your account set up. By clicking the Activate account link you will be prompted to reset your password.

Step 2

Enter your registered email address to receive the reset password link. If your email address matches as existing account, you'll receive a reset password email from noreply.gateway@qantas.com.au

Step 3

When you recieve the reset password email click the choose new password button.Your new password requirements include: 12 or more characters, a mix of capital & lower-case letters, at least one number, and a symbol.

Step 4

Once your password reset is confirmed return to the Gateway log in screen, enter your User ID credential and you newly reset password.Your User ID credential can be found in your registration confirmation email. It will start with the letters QG.

Step 5

To finalise the account activation process, you can choose your communication preferences by selecting the news, offers & updates you want to receive.
