Reset expired password

Should you forget your password this can be easily reset using the forgot password link on the Log-in screen

Step 1

Click on the Forgot your Password link

Step 2

Enter your registered email address to reset your password

Step 3

Click the Choose New Password link in the email to begin the process

Step 4

When resetting your password it must have: 12 or more characters, a mix of capital & lower-case letters, at least one number, and a symbol such as !@?$.

Green ticks will appear next to each requirement you successfully enter.

Step 5

Click 'Rest Password, and return to the Log In screen
