New user requests access

Step 1

To register for Qantas Gateway and request access to an agency visit https://gateway.qantas.com. From the Gateway Landing page click “Register Now”.

Step 2

Enter the accredited IATA, TIDs or ARC number you need access to and click continue. The Gateway portal will check the entered IATA, TIDS or ARC’s current registration status. If the agency is not registered, you will need the authorised administrator to action this before you can request access. Please refer this to the appropriate person in your agency. If the agency had been registered, complete your registration & submit your access request. This will be sent to your agency administrator or manager for approval.

Step 3

Select the appropriate role for the agency. Consultant, Manager or Administrator.

Step 4

Add your details. Enter first and last name, individual work email and select your position title. For MFA authentication we require your individual work email. Do not use a shared email address. Click continue to verify your email address. You will receive a one-time code to verify your email address.

Step 5

Add your login verification method. There are two options for MFA verification, email (default) or mobile SMS. We’ll send a code to your selected option each time you log in. Check your registration details, accept terms & conditions then ‘Submit’ your registration & access request. This request will be reviewed by your agency administrator. If you require an update or have questions, please contact them directly. You’ll receive a system generated email from noreply_gateway@qantas.com.au with the status of your request. If your administrator approves your request, click the link in your email to activate your account.
